With the supposed fundraising war chest that Kamala has, I'm surprised she hasn't hired someone like Jeremy Pruitt as a political consultant. If she really is conceding NC, then she will cancel her rally in Raleigh tomorrow. Also, Trump will be in NC tomorrow as well. Clearly, both campaigns consider it to be a tight race.

What I read was that she canceled the $2MM in ads in NC due to the latest numbers moving bigly to Trump and was gonna use it for ads in VA

IDK her rallies get favorable nationwide press so it doesn't really matter where the rally is held. Plus canceling a rally this late would probably cost the campaign a bunch of money it has already spent.
