2024 Presidential Race

If you googled you would get this............
Trumpism

Description

Trumpism is an authoritarian and neo-fascist political movement in the United States that comprises the political ideologies associated with Donald Trump and his political base. It incorporates ideologies such as right-wing populism, national conservatism, and neo-nationalism.

LOL I see you can’t even define it yourself. You copied and pasted from Wiki

I'm certainly not totally immune, no one is, but I'm more immune that many.
What's the general opinion of regular PF posters of me? (there's an answer buried in there)

I don’t think that you’re garbage, I just think that you are a true believer in the Dem party and will follow in whatever direction they pull you.

And yet you can’t define ”Trumpism”.
Populism?

Trump's rhetoric has its roots in nationalistic answers to political, economic, and social problems. These answers involve policies of immigration restriction, trade protectionism and isolationism.

If you like Trump, you wouldn't see it as an insult. It's just what he believes in.

That doesn't jive with what the polls on Real Clear Polling show.

I think you guys (and Elon Musk) are reading too much into that. And I can't find any polling data that suggests Virginia is in play either.
What’s interesting is how the bettings odds have shifted drastically while the RCP polls haven’t. The swings states and national numbers have shifted towards Trump overall in October but not much while the betting odds on RCP just keep getting wider and wider.

Specifically which of those things do you oppose

I’d say this is closer to the truth than the one Luther CC’ed off Wikipedia. Lots of people are tired of (and rightfully so) of DC elites putting Americans last.

I don't understand why people pay attention to gambling odds on elections.

Not at all. I have all kinds of faults and fall short of God's measure all the time. That's why I'm so thankful for His saving Grace. But that's between me and Him.

I'm claiming that you better not call me or mine garbage to my face.

Your bitter, hateful ilk can't see that your have literally destroyed your own party. Plenty are seeing it, and its why you will lose this election.
So you highlighted a couple of your own flaws in your post.
Talk about destroying your own party....lol.

Trade protectionism.

By implementing quotas and tariffs, governments seek to protect domestic businesses from foreign competition. While this can help domestic business, it will often lead to higher prices which hurt consumers, by making it more expensive for domestic producers to acquire needed materials and equipment. Protectionism has also been shown to stagnate technological innovation, by restricting competition. Limiting choices for consumers will typically lead to consumers paying more, without seeing improvement in the quality of the products being purchased.

You do realize that the global warming movement is a trade protection movement don’t you?
