I hate unions, but these people working at the Ford plant are all UAW union employees. They will get checks from the union and unemployment and probably make as much or more for NOT working these months of Nov and Dec than many blue collar workers ever make. Especially down here in the south.

Unsurprisingly, the fact that the union makes each employee cost twice as much or more than a non-union worker often is a big part of the reason that plants get idled or have to shut down. Its also why a new pickup is $50k and up...

There is a delusion on this board that moral superiority is going to work in this society when it comes a binary choice in elections, especially one such as this where the borders are like a sieve, inflation is high, the enemy abroad is becoming more threatening due to weak leadership, justice is not blind, the public schools are awful, the push for gender confusion and men in women's sports, racial and gender animus created by the democrats, abortion used as a wedge against the family, etc.

Republicans would get their azzes kicked.

Democrats don't play that game.

Take for example, congress. Every time Republicans take the holier than thou position and can't get important bills passed because enough clowns vote against it.

Meanwhile, I believe every democrat voted for the Green New Deal.

In society, immorality and evil coalesce. Good will generally splinter as man weighs perfection in others and hypocrisy even as we fail miserably everyday.

A pastor said where good leaves a vacuum, evil takes up the space.

In all seriousness, the convicted felon doesn’t belong anywhere near the Oval Office, and most of his former cabinet officials agree including his Vice President.

Trump is an embarrassment to our nation, and that includes his supporters who normalize his behavior.
