Don't know about meth. Probably micro amounts of an ingredient of meth, if true

A whole lot of drugs we use are only for the symptoms vs the cause

Peter Attia, longevity expert said he chews nicotine gum because he believes it helps to prevent Alzheimer’s and mental decline.
