George Papadopolous was approached by what was claimed to be a russian operative, joseph mifsud, in london about dirt on hillary. He told the australian ambassador, who he says asked about dirt on hillary, about what he had heard. The australian ambassador is who called the fbi. It had covert cia written all over it. He lied to the fbi about talking to the " spy" ,and got 10 days in prison a $9500 fine. Surprisingly light sentence, I would say. He also stated that he ditched $10,000 he found in hidden in his things before he returned to u.s.
