I've seen some on the right gloating about these results being the product of the public resisting trans women in sports etc........ while I think there is at least some truth to that I think they are missing the mark, if these results hold up this is due to the left propping up a severely debilitated president, running him into the ground in the election campaign against any common sense and having to pivot to Kamala, who played a part in the cover-up for Biden....... The moderate vote simply didn't trust the Democrats in this election.

That's the main factor IMO.

They don't trust the MSM, either. It's nothing but constant lies.

I think it was the economy. Inflation has really hit hard. The right rhetoric against China really hits home with a lot of people.
