I’m waiting for someone to chime in and chide those that cried foul in 2020 over voting irregularities and use tonight as proof that they were just crying wolf and it was sour grapes. Looking at the numerous articles posted in the “Proof of Election Fraud” thread, some not entirely true and many that were, I’m inclined to believe the number of lawsuits, investigations, charges filed against people, procedural changes, purging non citizens and others from voter rolls played a big roll in deterring attempts at interfering/tampering with this election. If nothing else, it at least drew a lot of attention to it and that we should never allow it to exist.

... but the bottom line is, that your candidate won the election and it was free and fair - just as it was 4 years ago. My hope is that Harris gives a gracious concession speech in the morning with calls for unity. I also hope she attends the inauguration, and makes no excuses for her defeat. We need to get back to respecting the outcomes of elections again. It should begin immediately.
