Honestly that makes sense. But the standard for being deemed mentally unfit should certainly be higher than “a special prosecutor of the opposing political party said so.”

I think you missed the point of the original post. Obviously a partisan prosecutor can’t, and shouldn’t, be able to disqualify candidates. It was simply a follow to Louder’s post about who we should tolerate as presidential candidates.
