FTR, Harden was getting 11-12 FTA's and one season, 11 FTA's for every 19 FGA's. Shai is getting 9 FTA's off 21.5 FGA's.

It's harder to get the really stupid calls Harden used to get.

Also Thibs gets rap as “coach that runs guys into ground” but holy hell Malone is silver medalist. Second game of a back to back and played every starter (Jokic/Braun/Murray/Westbrook/Porter) between 35-39 minutes and only 7 guys got 10 minutes. What are you doing sir?!?!

I think they have a point, but I disagree. I’ve never seen an offensive player hook like he does. Last night he did it 5-6 times and it looks like contact. I think the fact he rarely argues does help him. Harden didn’t argue much during his Houston days and he got calls too.

Everybody hunts fouls a little bit. I really do think 90% of it is he's just impossible to guard. He's got weird movement and his mid-range game makes him impossible to stay with without getting your hand caught in the cookie jar. Harden was not attacking the mid-range like Shai. He was getting BS landing space 3's after travelling and kicking out, and he was creating all the contact on drives to the basket. I watched 1st half of that game last night and did not feel like he was foul-hunting at all. Maybe he did in the 2nd half.

Hawks too crappy to be relevant and too dumb to tank to actually get more talent..

A. I've been to plenty of Grizz games. Crowds (outside of the playoffs in the GNG era) have always been crap.

B. I didn't trash Memphis (although it sucks, and I would rather go back to Iraq before ever living there), I trashed people not showing up (which is a fact).

C. IDGAF about the Hawks 🤡 (nor live in Atlanta.....) BTW, I'm a Yankees, Redskins and Preds fan...none in ATL, although I was bad at geometry.

Have you ever thought that Memphis wouldnt as much of a hellhole if those in charge in Nashville didnt actively screw over Memphis and the largest private employer in this state (one that I know previously employed you) at every single turn for political reasons?

Must be nice to get billions of state funding for sports stadiums, theaters, etc. while Memphis literally gets pennies on the dollar

So you proven my point. “TN” (the gov’t of) doesn’t GAF about Memphis.

Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience in Memphis (to include our playoff loss to LA after blowing a 20+ point lead and getting walked back to my hotel by a “bum.” Yes I gave him my change bag from my car). It’s really no different than any other major metropolitan (GSU ain’t exactly in the best part of ATL). Be smart
