The Steelers would be more preferable than playing against Mahomes in the West.

But I do agree that I ultimately think he stays in LA. I don't think the Rams will get the 1st round pick they are looking for.

I don't think so. Chiefs aren't exactly in a great spot right now* and they're just 1 team. Ravens and Bengals have 2 of the 5 best QB's in the league, and the other team in the division has Myles Garrett. All 4 stadiums in the division have bad elements.

*They are currently over the cap after just now franchise tagging our guy Trey Smith, but they still have a glaring weakness at the tackle positions, and they are losing a few pretty good players to FA.

Yeah, I think Stafford is too old for a first-round pick. He's still good, I just don't think he is good enough for a first.

Rams were the only playoff team to make things difficult for the Eagles. They have $44m in cap space. I don't think they have anybody important to re-sign. They have 11 picks in this draft. They should be good.

I mean Rodgers is still a better than average QB. He comes with a lot of headaches, but the Giants haven't seen good QB play since Eli in 2016.

No, he’s not. He’s not worth the headache, the drama, or the baggage that comes with him. They aren’t going to be good regardless so why commit that kind of money to a player that will never live up to the contract

4k total yards. 28 TDs/11ints.

All of those are top 10 among QBs that started at least 14 games. Rodgers is still an above average NFL QB. I don't think you realize how overall weak the current crop of NFL QBs is.

If worth the headache? Maybe not. But the Giants GM and HC are heading into their final season if they can't make some noise in the NFC. And Rodgers is the best QB available by FA or trade.

As far as money, Rodgers isn't getting a big contract. It'll be a 1 or 2 year deal with a around to 40ish million guaranteed.

He’s not above average. Those yards came on the 2nd most attempts and a 63% completion rate. His sack total was comparable to Levis. And he’s a year older when age matters.

Why pay that for someone who won’t be there long term? They won’t be good regardless.

He’s not going to make anyone an instant playoff team.

Because their GM and Coach are gonna be fired if they don't at least win a playoff game. And desperate people make desperate decisions.

There aren't 15 QBs who were better than Rodgers last year. Again, the QB depth in the NFL right now is pretty bad.
