Pass. 5’11 #16 in 2024 class. I think she’ll find a home but not at Tennesse.
We got three coming in 6’2, 6’2, and 6’0.

Howell's other finalists were Duke, Washington, Utah, and Indiana. I'm thinking she'll take a hard look at Indiana. Maybe Duke.

Apparently won't be the last from USC according to an X poster

Did I say that? I list players rankings all the time but it’s particularly interesting this time to see DarkPhoenix lobbying for a former HS player that was ranked outside of the Top 15 when they barely acknowledge the HS recruits making up CKC first recruiting class with three McDonald’s AAs. Players that had strong showings last night in the national spotlight whom many in this thread have yet to acknowledge but are pushing for this player and several others.
I’m not even talking about the player ability this is to make the point how some of these posters don’t even appreciate their own regardless of them being elite talents.

Howell is from Idaho, I doubt that she ends up in the SEC. Of course, money talks, so anything can happen. Odd to see her transfer in the first place, she started by the end of the season and was an absolute lock next season with JuJu out and von Oelhoffen leaving. It was going to be her, Heckel, Smith, Davidson, and whoever they got from the portal to play post. I guess now the Trojans are likely to add a guard (or two) as well.

I think it's going to be awhile before we hear any news on commits. Last year it wasn't until 4/21 until Latham committed and she was the first one, then Spearman on 4/24, Spencer on 5/5, and Whitehorn on 5/13. Maybe it won't take quite as long this year since last year the Caldwell hire pushed back transfer visits, but we're probably a couple weeks away at least.

Yeah I think we’re actually in a spot to choose right now. Kids want to play for Kim. Pretty clear.

I’m generally one to wait until the mist reveals a reality. I have little patience with “social influencers” or NB4s seeking to be the first to report earth shattering developments. I may just be getting old and grouchy… 😉🤙🏼
