It's definitely an NCAA rule that pants have to cover the knees AND it's definitely a sign of exactly how toothless the NCAA is now because "enforcement" belongs to the conferences.

Interesting to see what happens with Matt Rhule in Carolina. He’s make a lot of sense if he’s fired this season. I’d have to believe that Jamey Chadwell would also be a strong candidate.
