the rent-a-refs UT hired for the game Saturday. I saw 24 minutes of the best no calls ever. You should be proud, enjoy the win.
I'll go out on a limb and say 2 and done in both tournaments for UT.

oh and as for the refs being "hired" by UT?....yeah exactly, that's why they called 6 fouls in less than 2 minutes on the UT team when the game was starting to get out of hand

I am so sad that this thread was started at the end of the workday. I sure hope its still up by the morning, but something tells me I'll be out of luck.

This place has been littered with some rally shoddy trolls over the past couple of years, but I really can't recall a sadder one than this one.

i think the refs definitely did their best to make sure this was a close game.. there is no denying the fact that teams like kentucky, kansas and duke get the benefit of the doubt on many calls during their games (see miss state vs kentucky). but the bottom line is that tennessee hit big shots in the last minute and a half and kentucky did not. This game was decided on composure and the vols had it on saturday. And you may be right about the tournament predictions (although i still think this team has the potential to make a run) But for me this was as big of a win as any and im gonna enjoy it and remember it for a long time.

Go Vols!!!

I just wanted to thank you for your fine contributions to UT athletics by keeping season tickets for just that one game. I hope it felt like money well-spent.
