As for the officiating, I thought that UK got the raw end of the deal in the 1st half, but you'd be a fool not to admit that the refs called UK's way until the last 90 seconds or so.

I will admit, I didn't think that Wall should've picked up the charge on Williams, but there were several other instances in the 2nd half that had me shaking my head. The 2nd half, in my opinion, was far worse than the 1st.

It was one of the worst officiated games I've ever seen. You can't blame the refs when you shoot that poorly from the field. Basketball 101 says: hit your shots, rebound, play defense. If you do all those and lose because of shoddy officiating, then you can complain.

If we would've gotten beat, I'd have probably felt the same way you do. Fact is, it was piss poor both ways. You can't say the better team on Saturday wasn't UT...UK layed an egg, plain and simple. I do think UK is a Final 4 team, though...UT MIGHT make it the Sweet 16...Doesn't mean that UT wasn't the better squad for the afternoon.

Considering the majority of the charge/blocking fouls went Kentucky's way the entire night, I was fine with it. Should it have been called? No. But I'll take the make-up. It's not like it was Kentucky's final possession. They lost down the stretch plain and simple, 9-0 run by Tennessee to close out the game.

Wall got away with plenty of walks, gets alot of weak ass touch fouls that aren't necessarily called on the other end. Cousins is an absolute over the back machine. Etc. Etc.

It's not like we shot more free throws or had less fouls or anything, even with the fouling at the end of the game it wasn't all that close. Kentucky has zero business whining about officiating, period.

Well, I am 1 -1 as a visitor, a customer of ours in Georgia has called and offered me tickets for Wed. night's game so I know I'll be missed but I will fly down Tuesday night for a meet and greet then go to the game... And all of this will be a business expense, life is good...

Definitely another potential loss for Kentucky. I would say the chances of the upset are significantly less considering the recent loss. Georgia gave Kentucky a pretty good game in Rupp so I'll suppose we'll see. Georgia plays well at home and has good size so it should be a good one.

1) Owns season tickets to apparently 4 different colleges, 3 of them just to watch one game a year.

2) Drag races cars all over the Southeast.

3) Travels anywhere he feels like it, anytime he wants.

4) Gets tickets to every game and writes the travel off as a business expense.

Yet....

Has the time to troll around on a message board.


Fact is, he is a pretender, trying to be a "shot caller". Perhaps he thinks he is the most interesting man in the world from the Corona commercials. Problem is, I have lived in that world long enough to know the imposters from the real players. I have run in that circle.

A week or so ago I predicted in another thread that I thought we would lose two of the three road games coming up (Vandy/UT/Georgia). Obviously Georgia is a team that quite frankly can beat anyone in the country.

If we came out of Knoxville with a win, I think we lose the game in Athens. However, with the loss in Knoxville.... I think we come out of there with a win.

But its not a big stretch to come back home with 2 losses.

I'm more worried about Georgia over the next few years, because Mark Fox can flat out coach.
