2nd year Surge

I'm sure I'm probably the only one still on this train, but I've always said Justin Worley will take a significant Year 2 jump. I've got my reasons.

Edit: Year 2 under Jones. Obviously, it's not his second year at UT.

Hindsight - IF Worley had started the UF game, we would be bowling this year. JMO.

I dunno that's a tough one. It certainly would have been more competitive, but Worley hadn't hit his stride yet.

Now if Worley starts against Vandy on the other hand, we're bowling and enjoying our 2+ touchdown win over them.

So watching the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl got you exited about UT football? Me too. I think it was the french fries.

AJ has played his heart out through a rough stretch but JRM and Maggit are more talented.

Whoever plays quarterback has a chance to emerge. North, Pearson, Malone, Croom and Pig on the outside. Wow. Talk about an upgrade in receivers.

Then, by default, if our passing game is better, Lane and Hurd should have an outstanding year. Picket will have a chance to be a decent change-of-pace back as well.

On defense, I think JRM will be able to. Also, I hope Maggitt comes back a good as before.

And I hope Aaron Medley or George Bullock can both kick fairly well. Something tells me Butch told Medley that he's have a chance to kick from day one. Dooley taking Bullock was always a head scratcher to the layman.

George Bullock. We'll need a kicker in the worst way next year.

Aaron Medley, the top high school kicker in the country is coming in. Doubt we see much of Bullock. Medley handles kicking duties and Darr is the punter IMHO.

Either way, we need a solid kicker next year.
