Vitamins are a waste of money

Even for supplementation you're body can only process so much, which makes them practically worthless.

It really depends as a lot of the time vitamins aren't taken properly. Vitamins should be taken with a meal so that when the vitamin dissolves it absorbs into the food. Then the vitamin infused food slowly makes it way through the system increasing absorption.

Something a lot of people don't know is that there are two types of vitamins, fat soluble(gets stored in the body) and water souble. The fat soluble vitamins(A, D, E, K) you can actually overdose on. Which is why you should pay attention to "percent of daily value".

True. One time it made pee really bright yellow. I asked about what was up with that to be told "oh when your body doesn't need it it just gets filtered out and passed".

The vitamin that turns urine bright yellow is Riboflavin AKA vitamin B2.

i made pineapple, orange, kiwi and lime juice with a little local honey to sweeten it this morning for breakfast. good stuff, only cost about 2 bucks for 3 glasses...
