#3 Michigan @ Iowa (ABC)

Fire Harbaugh. Absolutely unacceptable loss to a terrible Iowa team that Butch beat by like 40. Team wasn't ready to play.

No that's not how this works. Only Butch can lose games he shouldn't and be a bad coach. Anybody else gets a pass.

The good news is that if the keyboard warriors have their way, Peterson, Sweeney, and Harbaugh will all be fired at the end of the season because their teams had an off week.

Washington coach Chris Petersen on the need to start a new win streak. "[When] guys are looking down the horizon, they get hit right between the eyes."

Well he isn't wrong. Goes to show how difficult it is to go undefeated in modern college football. Every team has at least 1 off week per season.. Bama included. Ours happened to be SC.

Most likely, which means Penn State has a realistic shot at the playoff.

If I'm right in assuming here, Alabama,Ohio State, Louisville, and Wisconsin or Penn State will be in top 4 when the polls come out next week. What happens then if either Wisconsin or Penn State don't lose and they're in the top 4 and Ohio State wins out?

Talk about insanity.

These two on at half time of the Washington State game still have Clemson in their top 4. I don't see it. They lost to an unranked Pitt team. Hard to argue that they aren't one of the best 4 teams in the country.

PSU plays Wisc in the B10 title game -- 1 will lose --- 2 weeks left though anything can happen

Wilton Speight broke his collarbone.

Put a fork in Michigan making the playoffs.

They have a game ready backup in John O'Korn, graduate transfer from Houston. I think he will be ready to roll. Their QB play was not the reason for their success throughout the year so don't look for a big drop off.

watching the game I wasn't impressed with either team. Good defense on both sides, but nothing I would be worried about. I didn't see a lot of team speed from either side. not sure if this was a one time thing or what but I left very not impressed.

They will be done when they roll into Columbus. After the dust clears, Penn State will be heading the B10 Championship. OSU will sit at home and still make the Playoffs.

It will be amusing in a train wreck way if Penn State loses to Wisconsin or Nebraska in the B10 CG. Under those conditions, only Ohio State would have an invitation to the CFP. Neither Penn State nor Wisconsin are getting there, win or lose.
