1. First order of business, get Sal Sunseri out of town forever.

2. If Bray is gone, bring in a mobile, Zach Collaros type QB. Seems to be working extremely well for UGA, SC, and TA&M.

3. Retain Graham and Pittman

These 3 things happen I'm all on board.

I think it would do him a world of wonders if he can find a way to get an upset next year. Oregon, Alabama, and Florida would obviously be gold however we all know those are extreme longshots at best, but if he could upset Georgia and/or South Carolina, he'd automatically shed the Dooley 2.0 label (that's unfairly given right now).

I'll feel better if he swallows his pride and hires top notch coordinators and coaches. If he just brings his band from Cincy, forget it.

I won't even talk about us being in the game with Florida, Alabama, and Oregon.

Butch Jones comes off of the Rich Rodriguez system we had at WVU. I assume he will run it here and we do not have the players to make that system work. I expect Worley and Peterman to both leave. We went from pro style to spread and it resulted in a 3-9 first year record. Granted success came later but its going to get much worse before it gets better.

Just win baby win!!!! I do not care what he does as long as he does that one thing. I will not pass judgment till about yr 2. I am getting behind this coach.

Yes and that will work too. Didn't necessarily mean bring him off the streets. Just get one on the field.

I'll forgive your pissy tone and credit it to the fact that none of us are thrilled by the hire.

- First step is setting up a nice staff with the likes of Graham and Pittman.

- Hiring someone like Randy Shannon as your DC would be a giant step towards winning me over.

- Keep this recruiting class together while making it better. Pick up some speed in the secondary and get Green as your RB.

- Make sure we have 11 players on the field (not 10 or 12).

- Use your timeouts correctly.

- Next would be win a game that we are not suppose to win.

- Finally I want to see a better team at the end of the season.

If we go to a spread Worley will leave. Bray is gone already I think. That new recruit in the elite 11 will not come. Peterman will probably stay.

If Pittman is not retained some of the lineman will leave.

It will take a lot to win me over.

For once I agree with you...Don't get the big head...But yes retain Graham and Pittman and get Sal Sunseri as far away from that program as possible....Never EVER to return again!
