They could hold out Ole Miss, Georgia, and Bama and sneak us in between the winner of A&M and Texas. They could tell Tennessee, if you want the playoffs, you have to win the SEC out right. The trick would be, since Texas is a lock, we will just leave Ole Miss, Georgia, and Bama out, so they can automatically get into the playoffs without playing another big game. Tennessee would be stunned. I don’t know if they would do that, but to bamboozle us, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Simply because the want Bama, Georgia, and Ole Miss in the playoffs. Texas is a lock. Tennessee would have to play their mind out to win the SECCG, to get in.

So you think that the league office would publicly disavow the selection criteria that the entire conference agreed to and put Tennessee in the SECCG just to screw with them?

If they want to put Bama, Georgia, and Ole Miss in the playoffs, then yes, I see it happening.

Do y’all not realize that Bama and Georgia has been getting the crown royal for a couple of years? Do you think that they would risk Bama, Georgia with three losses not getting in? I think they would want Ole Miss in, since they beat Georgia. Bama and Georgia will get in not playing in the SECCG. I just don’t believe they’ll risk it, the SEC that is. Y’all better be thinking about this, because they could screw us, by putting us in there.

I will stop for now, but I didn’t come up with this idea. Someone with good knowledge came up with it. He was just looking at the SEC in general. They could put us in, to make us win it. If we lose, then we would be out. That is the SEC trick reverse play that he and others came up with. It doesn’t mean that they’ll do it, but I’m just cautioning it.

Why would Sankey or ESPN want Ole Miss in the CFP and not Tennessee? Ole Miss doesn’t exactly move the needle compared to us when it comes to bringing in viewers .

Listen, whoever this person with "good knowledge" is ... just, a friendly bit of advice - don't go into business with them. Or take medical suggestions from them.
