Rivals has him as a 4*.

Looks like a really talented player. Pretty aggressive too.

It’s speculated that we will take 2 LBs this class, with Spillman being one. Looks like Burns is going to be the other. Spillman is basically viewed as a lock at this point.

Georgia has some talent each year but let's not go overboard. Florida is on another level every year with Texas and Cali and now will even be more with all the transplants moving here to Florida by the thousands every week.
