# 4 Seed

A #9 RPI and a Top 15 SOS should keep the LVs a low 3 seed. IDK why some of you would want the LVs to have a bad draw or suffer an embarrassing loss. It would have no positive effect at all-- on the team, the program or UT athletics.

Ikr! That’s so crazy coming from people who call themselves “fans”

I hope we are put in UCONN's bracket so they can embarrass us. Then maybe UT's athletic department will pay attention. Also, fans would be disgusted
Make no mistake--UCONN would crush us.

Oh no.. Uconn will beat vols like division 4 team.. with 101-32 lol

I don’t know what the h*ll you are talking about, but we’re referring to fans wanting to see the Lady Vols get beat by a large margin.

Any fan of a team shouldn’t want their team to lose at all!

It does not matter if we go out in the first or second round or UCONN blow us off the planet, Holly will be back, unless she realizes that the program will be best served if she steps down. She will never step down.

I wish Fulmer would ask her to retire before he gives her an extension. I don't expect he will fire her but would great if he would ask her to retire whether she did or not it might make her think about getting better as a coach. I know she should've learned by now what it takes but understanding late is better than never.
She needs to recruit some perimeter shooters that are consistent. She needs to show more toughness towards the players and be willing to bench them when they make multiple mistakes. A lot of games where Jackson, Westbrook, and Hayes all needed to see pine. Maybe with the additional players next season we will see this happen. She needs to demand excellence and understand what each player needs to do to improve and make sure they do it in the off season.
These are a few things she hasn't done that Pat Summit always made sure of.

When you can type a coherent sentence get back to us. You certainly have no business telling anybody they’re not a great fan because they’re not in the “fahr Holly” camp.

SCAR is more likely to end up in UConn's bracket as a 2 seed than the LVs as a 4 seed. The LVs beat Auburn and lost in the SEC quarters to the SEC Champ-- that and the Oregon win should keep the LVs a low 3 seed.

Westbrook 115 TOs Hayes 111 TOs that`s unreal freshmen or not, Way to many. And like you said Holly needs to show more toughness towards the players.

It would be interesting if Tennessee hosted and drew Belmont the first game. Just as a reference, Belmont beat the crap out of Vanderbilt.

Lets make it interesting. Pair Belmont and UT up. Cage match. Winning Coach gets the UT job!! :eek:lol:

She is a one trick pony. Should be simplifying things to reduce turnovers but she only knows one way to run an offense, with a few minor adjustments. Harder you push them the more TO's we will have.

You could be correct good point, i notice in the Bayor game yesterday Alexis Morris was under control hit her outside shots and only 3 turnovers and finished with 18 pts

Point guard has been bad since the day Holly took over. Doesn't matter who plays there still a trainwreck. Two guard also terrible. If we had these positions in great shape definitely would have a better record even with Teddy Bear at center.

I don't understand. Wasn't Holly an All American guard? Surely, she should have a few pointers to share with the freshmen.

They've had quality players coming in at those positions. Massengale, Simmons, and DeShields should have been national stars at the guard position.

Westbrook has potential. I just don't expect her to reach up to it playing for Holly. Hayes is good in spurts, but I don't see the potential for consistency to be a star.

I think I have finally figured it out. Volnation is under attack by Russian “bots.” Their goal is to sow discontent and undermine fan confidence in our team, coaches, and players! BEWARE!!

You would think that but style of play has changed considerably since the 19 70s... A lot of what she learned in her playing days is outdated

I agree with you Westbrook has a lot of potential to be a very good guard but not at pg. She with her size and range would be better at the 2 guard slot. The only thing she needs to do over the summer is work on her outside shooting. Let Hayes and Massengill fight it out on who starts at pg.
