The Rangers are owned by Baylor's Bob Simpson (BU athletic complex is named after him). I'm sure that Simpson would fire anyone that would suggest that Charlie be anywhere other than Austin lol.

In Strong's defense (lol), all three of the whrons losses are to Top 25 teams. They should have defeated Cal and Okie Lite (woulda, coulda, shoulda) but they didn't. Long live the Charlie Strong Regime ninty miles south of Waco.

I wouldn't bet against Herman but it will be interesting to see if Fat Pat from TCU throws his hat in the ring again. Last time he said he would listen if Texas called...they didn't. Can't stand that fat SOB but he could turn the CFB world on it's ear if given those resources. I don't think they make a move until they hire a permanent AD IMO. I think they get Oliver Luck this time.
