1. Markeith Ambles
2. Chaz Green
3. John Cullen
4. Torrian Wilson
5. James Stone

We need Ambles because he is out best prospect...and then we have to get these O-lineman we were assuming were locked up one week ago...the rest will fall together as it may.

I think you have to concern yourself with the guys that are recently de-committed (from us or other schools) and get them in here if they want to be Vols. This would include Ambles and Loften as long as the new staff evaluates these guys highly. I also want to lockup Delvin Jones. I think you definitely can't be too picky as a staff a couple of weeks before NSD.

Then you try to wrap up Cullen, Bennett, and Nelson and call it a day.

1. Ambles - best player on the board
2. Green - must need position w/UT ties
3. Stone - must need position, need to prioritize TN kids
4. Loften - i just love his potential
5. Bennett - see above, esp if we're gonna pound the rock

^This, esp since Palardy said he is a Vol unless we pull his Scholly. This keeps Amble here, gives us 2 more solid Olineman, gives a true RB in this class, and gives us a SS.

Question? What about the players that The Punk ran off, particularly the o linemen.

John Cullen (who wasn't even committed here) is one of the only offensive lineman that appears to be dropping us down in contention. We seem to have lost chances at Shon Coleman and Damien Robinson too, but no one could say for sure we were going to get them anyways. No one really knows what Chaz Green is thinking yet, but with a little recruiting in the last couple of weeks we might land him.

Fulton, Pair, and James have all reaffirmed. If Calvin Smith comes back, he might be projected at OL.

So if the Prince of Darkness thought he was going to absolutely obliterate our class, he's been wrong thus far.

1) Ambles
2) Nelson
3) Loften
4) Green
5) Cullen

Markeith is a no-brainer. We need to sign at least two good LB (R.Williams being the other), and right now, Marcques Dixon is our only DB commitment...we need Loften. The OL guys don't need an explanation.

O-line is the most glaring need, have to start there. After that I'd focus on the guys most likely to be difference makers.

1) Cullen
2) Green
3) Nelson
4) Ambles
5) Dixon

Palardy is the only one that can help you on offense and defense and if you get him up to the 35 he can easily hit 75 yard field goals.

I'm with you 100% on this one!!!! When I thought about this I kinda compared it to maybe the NFL draft. You put your NEEDS above anything else UNLESS their is a phenom on the board, and in that case you take the best player. I think the best one we have a shot at would have be Da'Rick Rogers, but not that's not gonna happen. So, we take Markeith then Cullen (cause we lets face it, we need help now, not in a year or two), then Chaz Green.

The only thing I would do differently is we take the first of either Stone/Wilson then we NEED another DYNAMIC safety. We hae to LOCK UP Ahmad Dixon, POINT BLANK. GBO and get out there and reel em' in CDD!!!! :clapping::good!:

We have gotten 2 really nice WR in this class and though Ambles is a super talent we have far greater needs in the 2010 class than another WR, with Jones and Moore still on the roster, it gives more flexability to go after more pressing needs. JMO
