That's exactly what I thought as well.

It was on his radio show, so I didn't read it. He said it and it sounded that way to me and the caller. He goes on to say "everyone on chat thinks I'm talking about Mickey Johnson the 5 star out of Louisiana that's not it, keep trying."

I read that as there will be a 5 star (JWJ?) and also a recruit from LA (Hill?)

He might he refering to two different recruits.

thats what i was thinkin. i dunno who the five star would be(not sure its jwj) but i would bet the lousiana kid is jeremy hill(which would be amazing!).

Would be justice after JC Copeland switched on signing day last year...

LSU fans would probably argue that Copeland and Johnson were repayment for UT taking Jackson and Hunter from them. Thus, the two would be even.

The way it sounds, Bryant is saying he believes that we will get a surprise 5 star and possibly a surprise recruit from La.

Not a 5 star from La.

"I promise you there's going to be a couple surprises in this class, I think there will be a 5 star and I think there maybe one from the state of Louisiana. That's all I can say at this point." - James Bryant

from the Inside Tennessee Recruiting Radio Show

around the 48 min mark fwiw.

This sounds about as solid as Brent Hubbs' headlines with question marks at the end.
