I'm gonna give TS the benefit of the doubt here and just say that he was reaffirming Matthews' commitment after some outlets were saying other teams were trying to steal him; which is pretty much always the case with a 5* player.

Glad to see he is affirming his commitment when a lot of high profile guys flirt with other teams until signing day. Who knows what’s going on behind the scenes, but he’s saying all the right things at least.

Its a lesson learned the hard ways by fans. Commit does not equal signed. Until they sign, the commitment is fairly meaningless.

That said in general terms, is anyone still courting him?

Funny behind the scene tidbit......Jim Carrey totally did this on the spot and the cameras happened to still be running. The framed photo was in the bar already during the shoot.
