Interesting, yes. But still horrible. Kind of sounds like a jackhammer-operator listening to classical on his iPod. I'm just not sure where the Masters of Metal were going with this "project." Wherever it was, it should be outlawed as strongly as the Nazi war crime experiments.

good list. I have to say though that 'Everybody Hurts' by REM is so much "wussier" than 'Shiny Happy People' that you can't even compare the two. I guess the people who made this list were too wussy to throw down on a song that has been repreatedly used in public service announcements for everything from hunger relief in Somalia to teen suicide prevention.

The fist song that popped into my head when is said worst songs was "Barbie Girl" and it is on there. Should have had "Who Let The Dogs Out" on there as well.
