Florida is a perennial East contender and Bama lost 1 game and they both want to start firing coaches. Must be nice to have such problems.

Random thought. James Franklin's name keeps popping up at every big job. Let's say he gets the USC job. Any chance Mullen jumps at the Penn St job? He's from that part of the country. The only juggernaut he has to deal with is Ohio St. He can get paid every bit as much there as Florida.

Zero chance unless he's fired.

I didn’t know Florida is 4-6 in its last 10 games until I read about it yesterday. 2-6 in their last eight against P5 schools. Good thing for them they have the Vols on their schedule every year.

They’ll put up with that for a lot less time than Tennessee would unfortunately

One of these things is not like the other...The audacity of you to think Urban effing Meyer would be afraid of Kirby Smart lol.

Lmao. uga fans gonna uga. Somehow this thread about Floridas coach has morphed into an uga fan needing reassurance that Supercuts is anywhere near Saban in ability.

Typical uga. Whiny, needy, passive aggressive. Worst fans in sports.

We got a long way to go to reach Saturday night level of shenanigans.

LMAO. As I stated in another thread, if our AD decides to put the golf-ball thrower on the game ticket for our next Ole Miss game at Neyland, that would be a step towards uga levels of trash.

A few drunken %$#hole fans in the stands does not equate to the septic-to-the-roots culture of uga.

Awwww....someone needs affirmation that uga is just the bestest ever!!! uga fans are like Labradors, constantly needing reassurance of just how awesome they are! LMAO

Signs outside a frat house? Seriously?

As I said, get back to me when Tennessee puts the golf ball thrower on a gameday ticket the next time Ole Miss comes to town.

It's truly fascinating...I'd say it's the "Bama arrogance with the Vandy trophy case" deal, but it's kinda different...They have this huge pride and feeling of accomplishment in things that they haven't yet (And probably never will.) accomplished, but yet, they have this constant need and desire to be affirmed and reassured "You're doing good, Georgia!...Your recruiting classes are LEGENDARY, Georgia!...Kirby's gonna do it, Georgia, he's gonna get you to the promised land!"....It's all very strange.

Exactly. UF folks. Don't get it in your head "it can't happen here". Knoxville, Tallahassee and even Lincoln say different. Even Clemson isn't immune to this.

I missed where any of the UF posters suggested “it couldn’t happen there”.

We’ve had two 4-win seasons over the past eight years.

Get your shots in on UGA while you can.

My utter disgust and disdain for that trash program is completely detached with any NC they may win. A polished turd is still a turd.

I hate, but respect, Florida, Bama, etc. I have no respect whatsoever for uga. Their failures amuse me, I am indifferent to their successes.

Historically their successes have come at UF’s expense, and UF’s failure to succeed before the 90s usually included a soul crushing loss to UGA.

As a result, their failures bring me great joy.

This year? They look dominant…more than enough offense and a generationally great defense.

Barring injuries it’s tough to see this team pulling the typical UGA choke.

Not saying you're wrong, just saying I don't care. Even if they sneak through in a down year for Bama and Clenson, it won't alter my opinion of that trash program and the most annoying, needy, passive-aggressive fanbase in sports.

You talking about that Buck Belue to Lindsay Scott walk off TD in 1980?
