I know Hall has to be good if we've got him locked up and everything, I just think that if we only have a few scholarships (You said two, where is the 2nd coming from if the first is Tyler?), we should be trying to go for some of the top players/McDonalds All Americans/..etc, but whatever, I trust Bruce to know what's going on.

Ryan Childress is graduating. Not to mention if Daniel West decides to leave TN we will have another.

Eh, I don't know about that. But 3 years of organized basketball and a weight problem aren't going to get anyone highly ranked. I can't even imagine if Williams had played ball all his life and shed a few more pounds. He could be a top player in the country.

And we did go after Leslie McDonald and Cheek. They both cut us. Not anyone better or worthwhile to really go after. Better to cut the losses and use the scholly's for a monster '10 class.

I don't believe he has said anything. I hope he does. The kid can play. Plus we could use the depth at PG.

Williams averages 1 less rebound per game than Patrick Patterson. The thing is that he averages about half the time of Patterson.

Now after reading that, imagine if his entire life he had been normal (weight wise)size and been playing ball. If he develops one more go to post move, he's probably one of the best low post players in the country, and thats not even counting his rebounding ability.

We actually have 3 schollies available for '09, including Hall's, unless Daniel West will be here next season. Then, we would have 2.

The 3 are Childress, Tyler, and West.

Update: It looks like this is already well understood.
