$7.00 Gas?

That would be the easy thing for me to throw out there as an excuse or reason. But if you pressed me on it, I really can't think of a specific thing I can point to as evidence that I can place on Biden's lap. That includes Keystone Pipeline...

Nonsense. Nothing is static. You’re either moving towards creating access or less. You’re not in neutral.

Can’t do it. As soon as a sensible R gets elected gas will flow like a river
The military is already cutting gas powered … everything. We’ll be entirely electric operated by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050.

It’s happening.

I heard the other day it's all part of a plan by the Biden Administration to raise prices of gas & keep it as high as possible. It's in an effort to keep the idea to use the EV that's coming. The Dems want to bring an end to the gas powered car to help save the climate. They're dumb as hell but that's what we're going to.

The question is what is the plan for these EV's that will require battery replacements in 10 years? The EU is predicting 30 million EV cars on the roads over there by 2035 to 2040. That's a crapload of battery waste that will need a dedicated recycling market.

LOL .... Potato Head Joe has it all worked out. Want be any problems to come about when replacing a battery at $28K a pop. Just charge it on the card.

I can't put my finger on exactly what he has done to drive prices up is all I'm saying. The quick easy answer would be that gas wasn't this high when Trump was in office, so obviously it has to be Biden's fault somewhere. Or, it could be the result of other things.

Net zero is a myth. Electricity is produced. Nuclear energy is the answer.

Is there an electric bomber out there I’m unaware of too? Wonder how a big flying battery looks on radar..? This net zero is non sense in the foreseeable future.

It was just under 2 years ago oil was practically free. The problem was storage. You had to pay anyone with a dry pocket to take some. We talked about it in several threads as I recall. Democrats conned people into voting for these stupid energy policies. Why does anyone think $7 dollars is the top? Suck it up.

I will submit there is plenty in play but his party’s desire to keep this myopic focus on green energy undoubtedly contributes to policy decisions that negatively affect gas prices.

One theory that is bouncing around in my head is that we could possibly be seeing the delayed consequences of all of the COVID money printing. We've got all of the currency that is now floating around and now the market is devaluing the dollar. We could see a price spike that is proportional to the amount of currency growth we've seen over the last 2 years. And not all of that is on Biden.

I won’t disagree. But it is multi faceted. There is literally a huge component in play just around the idea of energy policy in and of itself.

You literally can't admit Democrats do anything wrong. Deny that Joe Biden is a racist, I just wanna see you spin him saying he didn't want his kids in a racial jungle. Deny him saying minorities weren't smart enough to access the internet, or you gotta have an Indian accent to go in a 7/11. I'm sincerely curious how you'll blame that on trump 🤣
I don't know his quotes, but I'll assume you are pretty accurate. Probably shouldn't have said those things, but I'll go out on a limb and say there is not an 80 year old guy in the world who hasn't said some pretty stupid stuff in their lifetime. I'm not going to put to much emphasis on a few quotes, I'll look at the way they lived their lives and at the things they tried to do and accomplish.

And I'm not defending what Biden has done that effects the price of gas, I'm saying that current gas prices are not entirely on him (as the right tries to claim). The prices have very little to do with what Biden has done.

First paragraph from the link:

Drivers best start bracing for another surge in gas prices amid the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and years of under-investment by the oil industry, warns one veteran energy strategist.

Hard to blame that on Biden don't you think.....if anything, it sounds like more of an issue with the previous administration.
LOL

I'll be honest, I was sure you'd flat out deny it🤣

This is the sinister back handed way of doing it. This has been one of the possibilities that could be a strategy and more lying from them. "They are doing it for y'all good" because you know the rules are for thee.

Have you noticed how fraud Kerry and others like K'ma'la have disappeared from the public space like they want to hide them to repair their reputations. They never get fired. Just hide and repair.

Correct. Oil companies would have started investing heavily once the price per barrel rose above about $65-$70. However, they still aren't investing north of $90/barrel because they know they can't trust the idiot in the White House. As soon as they make huge investments, the Biden Administration will knee-cap the industry with additional unnecessary federal regulations.
