Alabama's defense will be underwhelming once again. If Alabama goes 9-3 and goes to the ReliaQuest Bowl or Taxslayer Gator Bowl Alabama fans can blame it on the defense because the Offense has done their part.

Offense has no big playmakers at wr. All their big plays come from Gibbs or BY just being Superman and the receivers finally get open on fire drill. This isn’t a good bama team. I don’t think the sec is particularly good this year..

I think it depends a lot on how the Alabama players react. Do they cash it in or come out determined to win out. It will be interesting since Alabama appears to be out of playoffs absent a miracle.

Yep. It's how much Alabama wants it, honestly.

Everybody on that team expects to compete for and win SEC/national titles, yet they are seemingly out of the running for both in early November, which is extremely atypical for them. How they react to that fact determines the outcome of this game. Their defense is what it is at this point and they'll just have to deal with it and match people score for score, like what they tried to do with us.

It isn't a very good team by Alabama standards, but I can't find a compelling reason why they shouldn't be. There isn't a huge difference maker at WR as you noted, but they have a gigantic difference maker at QB, a great RB, and a defense littered with playmakers. I guess their O-line is good, but not elite?
