Conspiracy Theories abound.

Having heard the basic ones about 9/11 and wondered what would I think if I new more.Well after spending a day reading seemingly verifiable sources condensed into a dated timeline.I have an uneasy feeling that to some degree we have all been snookered.

I post this not to try to convince anyone.Only to inform.

either that or our intelligence apparatus was severely flawed which most would agree it was. My problem here is that for this conspiracy to be true, at least three different POTUS's and countless high ranking officials in their administrations would have had to have been deeply involved and on the same page.

Until I actually took the time to read the information I would have somewhat agreed with you.There are a lot of amazing little known facts that simply are not generally know,from credible sources that take one on a different road or journey than is definable by your assertions.

The 911 commission report was a good read, believe it or not. Very interesting seeing the timeline broke out and reading who knew what and when that morning.

The thing that I remember the most is thinking how the chain of command rendered NORAD dysfuntional in organizing a decent air defense plan.

If you read the 9/11 Commission Report and found it a good read,this elongated synopsis that is only related to the report and is not it's sole source, is considerably more informative.Plus some of the information was not at the time known.

This is what I see as well. When you have a mechanism the size of government populated with people that are forever trying to make sure their own arse is covered anybody looking for a conspiracy can find one.

Actually, you cherry pick enough information and add a dash of suspicion a person can convince themselves of anything. I have no doubt the wife/girlfriend of every guy here is cheating on him. If you don't believe me you just aren't looking hard enough. :)

He started a number of threads on this topic - if you are interested in his evidence and the general response you can search this forum.

IIRC there weren't a lot of takers then.

In an odd twist, VolunteerKirby joined the Marines I believe (he was 17 or 18 when he was posting here). If he comes back to the forum, it will be interesting to see if his views have changed any.

I tried multiple times in varying ways to research previous threads on the subject to no avail.

The odder twist would be if he was guarding the Aliens and Flying Saucers in area 51.:eek:hmy:

Please our govt can't even manage roads, schools, or s.security you think they can plan the biggest attack on american soil..have it go off perfect...and keep everyone in the know quiet. If the president farts on the couch there would be a story and you think every kept this giant secret? I find this very disrespectful to the one who lost loved ones in the attack but it is your right to question so I mean on harm in saying that

i can't believe how many people actually believe the 9/11 conspiracy theory stuff. it's amazing really.

here's what happened:
al-qaeda members hijacked several planes
2 of the planes hit the towers
another hit the pentagon
the other crash landed in a field.


thats it. there were no controlled detonations, no missiles, no american governent planning the attack......no nothing. end of story.

It's all part of the plan. The government mismanages everything so they can hide the fact that they are capable of managing conspiracies. :blink:
