9-11 Myth Video........

Alright, guess I'm goin' to revive this thread. Dis-regard my previous comments, those were just askin' to start a flame war. Let me *try to put this into the way I see this ordeal without nit-picking things that would present my side of the discussion. (Well, it's already obvious as I stated them before while drunk. But just go along with me for a second here!)

There is nothing wrong with questioning and discussing these sorts of things. If we didn't do this as a nation, I would consider us lemmings all following each other off the cliff side to our doom.

This government was made for the people by the people and we should all remember that. I find it funny that the people who seem to support the government the most are the ones attacking those that question it. For example, "If you don't support the war you don't support the troops! WHY DON'T YOU SUPPORT THE TROOPS!? THEY ARE FIGHTING FOR OUR FREAKING FREEDOM! Now put that yellow ribbon on your car!" In fact, the people that question the government openly are the most patriot and truest to it's nature. Founding fathers FTW!

My personal opinion is that Sept 11th is highly unlikely, yet plausibly (that a word?) a conspiracy. The video sure raises some interesting questions, though and I see it best as we should consider both sides, not just write them off as, 'it's ignorance to believe or even question one or the other'. The trend is this thread seems to be:

Individual from Argument A: Well, I think XXX about this movie, and I present X facts.

Individual from Argument B: Lol your dumb, our government would never do X. (Not exactly, but you get the idea.)

Hopefully that sounded much more resonable than it did when I was drunk.

.... FLAME ON!

'it's ignorance to believe or even question one or the other'.

I don't think most conspiracy theorists are ignorant, I think they just yearn for things to be more complicated than they are in an effort to rationalize a horrible occurrence. On a fundamental level, it's disturbing to find out that 19 guys armed with screwball beliefs and boxcutters were responsible for the deaths of 3,000 people.

The mind has a hard time dealing with such seemingly randomly violent events.

Bad sh@t happens. As Dennis Leary says, "...life sucks, wear a helmet".
