They had been getting 10 yards a pop, they could have easily gotten into range to at least try a make-able FG.

QB called the play; it was no huddle without any delay

And if Kiffin did call the play, Barkley was still the one who got greedy, wasted time with a pump fake, and then chose not to safely move the ball into FG range (trying to bomb it downfield)

Strategy should have been in place before the punt. That's on Kiffin.

He still could set the strategy and Barkley called his own number. Barkley took way too long. The L is still ultimately on Kiffin but it looked to me like Barkley screwed up.
