We'll see if they were bluffing or had something lined up soon. I think daddy is a greedy head case for sure. Not sure about the kid.

Nico is the posterchild of what's wrong with college football. This will be interesting to watch how it unfolds in the next few weeks and for the season. Will make it a point to watch some games wherever he lands. Cant wait for a talk with my friend who was a NFL defensive coordinator after his first game at ?

Everybody is seriously mad at this kid? I'm thrilled to have the extra NIL money, couldn't have worked out better IMO....guess a lot of people that are upset saw something in him last year that I missed.

They're upset at how he left after what the university did for him. Not sure it's possible to burn a bridge worse. Like I've said elsewhere, he makes Jalen Hurd look like a VFL.

I don't care how he left, I'm just glad it worked out. As far as what UT did for him...they chose to do that he didn't ask them to do it.

We caved to Mike Matthews after he actually entered the transfer portal and I haven't heard a lot of criticism towards him.

WHEN he left was pretty cr*ppy too. Made sure his replacements will only get fall practice to get meaningful snaps and makes it difficult to pick up a good QB in the portal since most of the good ones went in the previous winter window

QB play was pretty mediocre last year. But, continuity is nice and having QB1 take QB1 reps in the spring is nice. That’s the source of my disappointment.

These 2 QBs have gotten plenty of reps this spring. Pre-fall informal workouts are more important. Spring practice has always been overrated
