A heads up about expected path of Harvey

Latest check of the 18z GFS model run shows mainly light showers for east Tennessee. From the western slopes of the Plateau westward, some heavy rains will occur, along with flooding. Particularly in Southwest Tennessee. As late week and the weekend rolls on, expect a weakening trend for Harvey as far as the precip goes for all areas.
