Ohio State will throw up the zone tonight and take her out of the game. It will again be up to our guards to make something happen or we will lose.

Ohio State will throw up the zone tonight and take her out of the game. It will again be up to our guards to make something happen or we will lose.

Mercedes is 6'6 she's a zone buster. All she has to do is jump a little to catch the basketball while roaming the paint. If she used the backboard to score it would be easy money. The zone would be busted up with players swarming around her. IF the coaching staff had her be more active within the zone that will open up the perimeter players to score.

But then again we have a coaching staff that....Oh never mind. :crazy:

I know she should but she want against the zone seen it to many times this season. I just hope if were leading with a couple minutes left and they have to foul Holly has sense enough to put the good free throw shooters in. Her not doing that has cost us two or three games this season.
