Maybe they just don't like physical exercise. Maybe they read a lot and contribute more mentally to society than you. Maybe they think that you are lazy, because you don't spend enough time reading, writing, and making actual and lasting contributions to society and progress.

If you esteem physical fitness, then go ahead and work to get in shape; however, to assume that everyone glorifies physical fitness as much as you do is outrageous.

I am amazed to see say such a thing. I guess everytime you see an over weight person you secretly view them as lazy and it's all their fault. It's not always their fault. Some of them work very hard and never lose a single pound.

Fat cells can shrink but it is proven that once they are triggered and have actually stored fat they are more prone to retain fat. This is a fact.

I have never been overweight. I played sports in High school and then became a gym rat and don;t know what it feels like to have people look down on me due to my size but I think it is amazing the double standards we have in this country.

We tell anyone who dares says Homosexuality is not genetic and that it's their choice crazy and stupid for even thinking it but we tell that same person on here that all people who are over weight are overweight NOT due to genetics but because they are lazy.

Off the top of my head, Obama and GWB are two presidents that are in pretty good shape. I'm sure you agree that they have no character issues.

Guys, I'm leaving to go to the gym... I lost 8 pounds in February. It's not hard at all. And I've barely changed my diet.
