That's almost as crazy as believing Don Jr. wanted to meet with a Russian operative to discuss adoption.

This is how people twist the truth of what happened and how it gets passed along.

He admitted it was to gain opposition research on Hillary - under oath. It turned out to be a ruse for other purposes as has been reported accurately probably more than a thousand times. So, please explain how that was illegal while you explain how Clinton can pay for a fake Russian dossier to be developed and used during the campaign and it not be illegal. FTR collusion in not a crime.

Obstruction, money laundering, collusion. In that order.

Did Jr. admit that under oath after he went on Fox claiming it was only about adoption as far as he could remember?

If Clinton had been charged, Obama’s culpable involvement would have been patent. In any prosecution of Clinton, the Clinton–Obama emails would have been in the spotlight. For the prosecution, they would be more proof of willful (or, if you prefer, grossly negligent) mishandling of intelligence. More significantly, for Clinton’s defense, they would show that Obama was complicit in Clinton’s conduct yet faced no criminal charges.

That is why such an indictment of Hillary Clinton was never going to happen. The latest jaw-dropping disclosures of text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok and his paramour, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, illustrate this point.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity said Wednesday night on “Hannity” that the Justice Department has started recovering some of the missing texts between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, citing DOJ sources.

Federal law enforcement officials had notified congressional committees that a technical glitch affected thousands of FBI cellphones between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017. This meant that 5 months’ worth of texts would be missing from Strzok and Page, both of whom are under scrutiny after it was revealed that the former members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team exchanged anti-Trump texts during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Hannity said sources at the DOJ told him they have begun to recover some of the texts from that time period. Specific content from those texts has not been released.

So, Trump pulled strings with Obama's Justice Dept. to bring her over?

Could be. He only has to find the one bad apple and pay him/her off. Don Jr. was desperately wanting the meeting and you know how Trump will give Jr. whatever he wants.

Kerry to Abbas confidante: 'Stay strong and do not give in to Trump' - Arab-Israeli Conflict - Jerusalem Post

Maariv reported that former US secretary of state John Kerry met in London with a close associate of PA President Mahmoud Abbas, Hussein Agha, for a long and open conversation about a variety of topics. Agha apparently reported details of the conversation to senior PA officials in Ramallah. A senior PA official confirmed to Maariv that the meeting took place.

During the conversation, according to the report, Kerry asked Agha to convey a message to Abbas and ask him to “hold on and be strong.” Tell him, he told Agha, “that he should stay strong in his spirit and play for time, that he will not break and will not yield to President [Donald] Trump’s demands.”

According to Kerry, Trump will not remain in office for a long time. It was reported that Kerry said that within a year there was a good chance that Trump would not be in the White House.

Remember when Democrats cared about the Logan Act? It was the entire impetus for them targeting Mike Flynn.
