You mean that he's already a long shot to qualify when he still has two full years of high school left? Unless he has pulled a Blutarski there must be time to get his grades in order, I would think?

He's got bad character. Not a kid Butch would want on his team.

If that were true, you would think the services would easily be able to confirm it and remove him from the commitment lists. While I can see why he MAY not end up part of the class, had his offer been pulled months ago when the rumors started, IMO he would not be listed as a commitment.
