Similar. I wouldn’t consider my wife liberal, but she has a few high school friends that are now Trans. So she’s very empathetic and understanding on this issue.

But she’s not going for this. Women shouldn’t have to share ball fields, showers, scholarships, etc. with men. It’s not right to continue asking women to make more and more sacrifices and then to attack them when they refuse or speak up.

So Biden directed his educational director to include the language into 161.10 from “discriminate on the basis of sex” to “ discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual identity or gender identity”( but this isn’t Biden’s fault) what numbers of people this would be affecting with gender identity.

Gender identity rules in hs and collegiate sports affects .000148% of athletes.

Gender identity affects in collegiate currently 32 trans athletes compared to 226,212 females that’s 0.000141%.

It also affects 15 high school trans who are reportedly playing at this time. We currently have roughly 3.42 m high school girls in sports. 0.000004% of trans students this will affect.

So we are going to protect trans wishes at the cost of those currently playing hs and collegiate sports and the dangers it might presents to young women? I’m not seeing trans activists breaking down doors to be included in the sewing circle, only in the spots that give them a distinct advantage in the sport against biological females. Estimates are trans males/ females at a 30% advantage in sports. We have seen this played out in women’s sports on a national stage.

In the street of a man flashes himself to a woman he gets arrested for public nudity. Now they want it to be ok by federal law for males and females to be forced into historically young female spaces where that very same scenario has played out. Only no arrests and has to be accepted by the institution.
