Well, I actually feel bad for all those coaches who shelled out the $200 for the A-11 manual. At least Bryan made money off of that.
We used to face a team on an annual basis whose coach fancied himself a mini-Spurrier; they'd run a few plays a game out of a formation that's very much like this atrocity.
I did ask the last DC I worked with (best defensive mind I've been around) how he would combat the A-11, and he took about five minutes to adjust the base defense to a couple of different looks and make an airtight defense.
The fact that he hasn't yet found a way to stop my experimental offense is very encouraging to me.
Care to enlighten us on your frankenstein? or at least give us a small teaser? I always enjoy your tidbits on football X's and O's, and your offense intrigues me.
