Illegal Alien from Mexico Accused of Raping 11-Year-Old Girl

An illegal alien living in northwest Arkansas is accused of raping an 11-year-old girl after convincing her to meet up with him through the messaging app known as “Snapchat.”

Luis Mario Rodriguez-Torres, a 21-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, allegedly messaged the 11-year-old girl through Snapchat and convinced her to meet up with him, according to KFSM.

When the illegal alien and the girl met up, Rodriguez-Torres allegedly held the girl against her will and raped her, according to police.

The illegal alien was working in the Cave Springs region as a framer in the housing construction industry, where many of the 12 million illegal aliens living across the U.S. often hold jobs, illegally.

Since being arrested, the illegal alien is being held at the Benton County Jail and is set to stand trial on Sept. 4. If convicted of the child sex crime, Rodriguez-Torres faces life in prison. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
We have a lot of people just on this board who want people like this here.

A D.C.-based federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to restart in full the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

The decision is the latest legal blow against President Donald Trump’s decision to phase out the Obama-era program, which offers deportation relief to undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children.

The restart won’t be immediate. U.S. District Judge John Bates said Friday that the order would be delayed until Aug. 23 to allow the government to appeal, but he denied a Justice Department motion to reconsider his earlier decision, saying there were still deficiencies in the administration's rationale for rescinding DACA.

“The court has already once given DHS the opportunity to remedy these deficiencies — either by providing a coherent explanation of its legal opinion or by reissuing its decision for bona fide policy reasons that would preclude judicial review,” said Bates, “So it will not do so again.”

I saw where they’re protesting at the CoreCivic HQ and they want all the prisons CC runs as well as the illegal immigrant detention centers closed. I think the PR guy should come out and say we agree with you, send us your home addresses and we’ll send these folks to their new homes.

Castration would not be too harsh a sentence IMO.

Feds: Man offered $500 for Killing of ICE Agents

A Massachusetts man has been charged with offering $500 to anyone who would kill a federal immigration officer.

Federal prosecutors in Boston on Thursday said 33-year-old Brandon Ziobrowski is charged with using interstate and foreign commerce to transmit a threat to injure another person.

Authorities say on July 2 the Cambridge man tweeted: "I am broke but will scrounge and literally give $500 to anyone who kills an ICE agent."

Ziobrowski also allegedly tweeted repeatedly that he wanted to "slit" U.S. Sen. John McCain's throat.

Woman arrested at 'extremist Muslim' New Mexico compound moved to federal custody, sheriff says

Jany Leveille, one of the five suspects arrested at the "extremist Muslim" compound in northern New Mexico, has been transferred to the custody of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said Tuesday.

Siraj Wahhaj, 40 , another suspect from the compound, is being held on an outstanding warrant from Georgia, Hogrefe said, while the three others allegedly involved - Lucas Morten, Hujrah Wahhaj and Subhannah Wahhaj - are still incarcerated pending the fulfillment of their release conditions.

The children discovered at the compound earlier this month were both trained to use firearms and taught multiple tactical techniques in order to kill teachers, law enforcement and other institutions they found corrupt, state prosecutors said on Monday.

3-year-old Abdul-ghani Wahhaj, who had been missing since December, allegedly died amid a ritualistic religious ceremony held on the grounds in an effort to “cast out demonic spirits,” Reuters reported.

Man detained by ICE while driving his pregnant wife to the hospital to give birth is wanted for MURDER in Mexico

A California man detained by immigration agents while he was driving his pregnant wife to the hospital for a scheduled C-section is wanted in connection to a murder in Mexico.

Joel Arrona Lara's arrest in San Bernardino, California on Wednesday prompted outrage after his wife Maria del Carmen Venegas revealed she was forced to drive herself to the hospital to give birth.

But Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have since revealed that Arrona, 35, was detained because he was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant in a homicide case in Mexico.
