Stoops kind of reminds me of going to a wing place and ordering mozzarella sticks and a Mich Ultra.

The guy isn't a bad coach but he just isn't gonna move the needle. Which means he is perfect for KY
He's good for Kentucky. Which I'm glad are a mental headcase when it comes to the Vols. Vols just took that one though. An Milton made some clutch plays.. So good job and on to the next one.

1. He got pummeled to ground immediately by Mays I think. Looked shaken up from the start.

2. Even if you assume they didn't know the rule, faking an injury in that situation didn't really do much. Clock still rolls as soon as he gets up and with roughly 4 seconds between the play clock and the game clock. We would have either kicked the ball as time expired or we have someone run around with the ball for about 5 seconds in the backfield while every other person knowingly commits a holding penalty. Then you have another untimed 4th down where you kneel it.

I'll continue to blame Kiffin for this fake injury crap from now until whenever.
Come on now. We can't pretend we don't do it. Same guys after a lot of our extra points get these leg injuries. Everyone knows it's to give our defense extra time to rest. Hate the fake injuries but hypocrisy is right up there, too.

I think the last one probably wasn’t faked…unless the coaches somehow didn’t understand the same rules they spend all offseason going over and making sure they know for the last few years.

But it is just a very Kentucky way to lose by causing a 10 second runoff they couldn’t avoid while on defense, though.
There were 44 seconds left. I thought Heupel would run 40 off, take a 5 yard penalty, then waste the last 4 seconds after the snap but as it happened the 10-second runoff was perfect.
