ACC > SEC

Let those teams play our schedules and I guarantee it’ll be a different tune. One game a year for these teams doesn’t make them world beaters.

Appalachian State looks better than South Carolina against UNC

They always struggle with App St. I was afraid this game would be really close after squeaking out and ugly win last year. Good to see the ACC 4-0 against the SEC this year though.

Well technically 4-1 but Tennessee's win over Virginia shouldn't really count. Then again, neither should Wake over garbage pile Vandy either.

Vandy and Virginia should have played, that would be a good game. Call it the ACC-SEC garbage bowl challenge. They can talk about their academics.

True,I keep forgetting Virginia is in the ACC. No doubt that you should never schedule App St. They shouldn't surprise anyone at this point.

I'm so glad that I wasn't able to watch the App St/UNC game although UNC escaped in OT. (couldn't find the game) Would have pulled my remaining hair out after that missed chip shot that should have won the game. A wins a win though and unto Minnesota.

Yeah ok. Remind me of the SEC W-L record of the playoffs the last 4 years. The answer is 9-1 and the only loss was to another SEC team in the Bama vs Georgia title game.

Oh look, another UT “fan” discrediting the team. So tell us, why shouldn’t UTs win count? Because it fits your narrative?

The SEC is down this year, there is no doubt. I wouldn't necessarily say there is one conference still overall better, but its much more competitive nationally. Each Power 5 conference has some good teams

ACC and Pac12 look like better OVERALL Conferences. You can argue B1G as well. SEC seems like Georgia and 13 cupcakes.

The big problem with the SEC is they only schedule one tough OOC game so if they drop it, they don't have a makeup to show they are good.

Look at Texas Tech, if they hold on and beat Oregon, that flips the script of them losing to Wyoming.
