The judge is doing what the Constitution is telling him/her to do.
What's so activist about that?
If the Congress passes a law that says that we shall have no more presidents, it's up to the Judge to strike that law down.
You'd call her activist?
Let's hear it.
Why can states enforce Federal Drug Law, but not Federal Immigration Law? I hope this law makes it to the Supreme Court and is upheld.
Exactly. States are required to help enforce federal laws, etc. constantly. States are also required to help enforce aspects of the PATRIOT Act and other security matters as well. State resources are spent hunting down terrorists, FBI's most wanted, etc. State and even local law enforcement are expected to assist in security at federal installations and places like airports, ports, etc. Why is it that this one aspect the federal government - nay, the Obama administration fights?

Because it's in his best interest so he can secure votes for the Democratic party. His life and most in his administration will never be affected by illegal immigrants so why would they care? It's quite sad.
