Investigating fraud and abuse should be priority one for any politician serious about reforming these "safety nets." Any politician who opposes such an investigation should be publicly shamed. Taxpayers should not be paying for this crap.

problems that arise. We pay enormous piles of staff to avoid problems and cheating. Unfortunately, perpetuating cheating perpetuates their jobs and even adds more, giving them seniority. It is classic fox guarding the hen house lunacy.

Paying for abuses like this. The guy runs a website and has woodworking skills. He demands an apology from Sen. Coburn and is delighted that he was cleared of the fraud charge, yet he won't authorize the release of the investigation's findings.

Did I miss the part in the story about what his "disability" was, or was it intentionall omitted? Also thought the part about him killing himself if he didn't get his next check made it sound like he was holding himself hostage while asking the government for ransom. What a freak show.

Either man up and bump that thread with a cohesive, informed counterpoint or go on being a worthless troll. Take your pick.

I would say he is far less of a troll than you!

Not to mention far more cohesive and informed. :hi:

I won't even mention worthiness or lack thereof.

depends on who you ask. but who gives a ****. the only thing that is disabled is his behavior. that shouldn't qualify you for SS.

That's the problem. The gov't will define anything as disabled. Hell, we probably put drug addicts on disability because now they call it a "disease". Convenient.
