Urban will provide Withers with more talent than he's ever had.

He used to be the DB coach in the NFL for the Titans and has multiple first round draft picks on his current team. He can fail with or without talent. This game resembles Kidding vs. VA Tech or UT vs. Michigan in the NCAAs last year to me. Coaches on the way out the door seem to act like it sometimes. That still doesn't excuse the lack of effort by UNC, but the coaching strategy was also terrible and little was done to ease the distraction of recent events. The focus was on the future instead of the bowl. I still think Withers did a pretty good job overall this year. It was a tough situation.
