Ainge trolling UGA fans

Thing is... there's only so much they can do. The stadium is fairly open and not naturally loud. I don't know what the angles of ascent are but it just seems that people are closer to the field even high in the stands at UT, Bama, LSU, etc.

I've definitely experienced people high in the stands at UT. :)

When No. 1 Tennessee travels to Athens for a highly anticipated matchup against No. 3 Georgia, it will be met with a hostile environment in Sanford Stadium on Saturday afternoon. While most assume crowd noise will be a major factor between the hedges, one former Volunteers quarterback says playing in Athens is not all that daunting.

Ex-Tennessee QB Erik Ainge says atmosphere at Georgia games is 'overrated'

He’s 2-0 in Athens. Probably knows what he’s talking about. Go Vols!

I think of Georgia fans as being lukewarm. I really don't think of their stadium or home crowd as being much of advantage. Plus, with the way our offense plays we don't give you time to be loud. Just look what we did in Death Valley...cleared out the stadium by the 3rd quarter.

04 Ainge was a freshman beat #3 jawjaw
In 06 they were up 24-14 at the half and after we blocked the punt in the end zone we boat raced them, they only scored on a kick off return, actually they scored twice that game on a punt and ko

UGAlly fans just don't understand or forgot that Ainge knows what he's talking about.

He's played there 2 times as our QB calling plays and WON both of those games between their dumb hedges, LOL!

Hedges are dumb anywhere near a footVOL field so hopefully our Big Orange Train will plow right through them and then they can plant some green grass in their UGAlly red dirt.

They might come in handy if Smokey needs to pee or poop.

At least the guy that trims those hedges will still have a job because he also cuts Kirby not-so-Smarts hair, LMAO!

Maybe those hedges are to try to hide that UGAlly dog named UGA.

GOOOOOOOOOO VOLSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

VFL...GBO!!!

I’ve also seen score predictions of Georgia 38 Tennessee 10, Georgia 41 Tennessee 17 on 2022 Volunteers Bulldogs preview videos.

Rose colored glasses Bulldogs to seriously predict those scores since the 2022 Volunteers have a realistic chance of defeating the Bulldogs in Georgia, and it won’t be surprising when the Volunteers score over 17 points in the 1st half.

I dont think it will be that bad. This team plays with a silent count anyways. Everything is communicated through hand signals. The only group that needs to hear os the Oline. May end up hurting their defense more than our offense.
The speed at which UT plays helps with the crowd noise, IMO. Unlike a huddle offense or slower paced offense, the opposing teams fans have to be loud the entire time UT is in possession of the ball. Whereas playing other teams they can take a 10 to 15 second break between shouts. It's hard to yell for 2 straight minutes.
