I swear Al Davis just puts everyone who runs a sub 4.4 on a dartboard and just chucks one up blindfolded and drafts whoever it lands on.

That has been his M.O. for decades. Get the fastest guy available. I heard that Bey was the fastest guy in the draft. If true, that makes him a first round Raider LOCK. Why anybody was surprised by this is beyond me.
