I don't think people understand how the real world of recruiting and developing players works. This is kid may be raw and at 210 might concern you but we're not always looking for someone to make an impact the next season. Would it be nice? Yes, but realistically most freshman aren't producing at a high level. They're going to take this very athletic kid, and put about 30-40 pounds on him over two years while working on his technique and football knowledge. So by the time he is a RS SO or JR he'll actually contribute positively on the field.
Having 5 stars just means that overall consensus is that the recruit is the most college "ready" to produce. 4 stars falls in between of needing a year to may be able to be a factor. 3 stars usually means they need a year or two. But all of those rankings are subjective and obviously the recruit can over/underperform
